If you say affordable MBA, then I would say India, because top MBA institutions offer MBA courses on very reasonable prices if we compare them to foreign colleges. Now, go on to your second question- Singapore viable option? Yes, Singapore can a viable option but I would recommend you to analyze few other countries like Canada, Ireland, etc. Wishing all the best for your future career. UK, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand and many more. PGDM is good, they are professional courses. If you are interested in rigorous studies and interested for a career in academics and research, then you should go for Masters.
