The answer is yes, you can do MBA, as it's a multidisciplinary course and anyone completed graduation can pursue.

For old IIM, it is over. But, still if you have cleared the cut off of new IIM, then there are chance that you will get the call, as they usually call after March or mid-march and some IIM calls even in April also.

MBA finance has a better scope no doubt, but the thing lies in your interest area. Everyone is not meant for finance, I would suggest you to do 2 year PGDM programme, and then decide which stream to opt for.

You can pursue MBA in Finance or Marketing, if you go with B.Com Finance or Marketing. But, I don't think there is something called MBA in accounting. So, I prefer you to go either with Marketing or Finance.

Yes, you can pursue MBA in Finance. You might face difficulties in the new course, as you might not know some of the basics of Finance.

The placements in MBA depends in which Institute you pursue it. And coming to scholarship, it depends on different Institutes.
