Any individual who is eligible to get admissions to IGNOU for MBA can do it in a flexibility of given time. If one is at lack of time may be even for personal reasons, not only for professional, IGNOU is where you can get a competent recognised MBA degree for a safe future.

It depends on your interest. If you are good with accounts and numbers, you can go for finance. If you are good at managing people, you can go for HR. If it is with selling and persuading people, go for marketing.

Being from Bihar, you have many options to do an MBA from so many other universities. Why do you want to apply specifically to Jammu, any specific reasons? If yes, I think you can apply but I don't know about the chances of conversion and if you don't have any specific reason then do apply to other colleges and universities.
