Candidates aspiring for admission to the course are required to fulfill the following minimum eligibility criteria. Senior Secondary qualification (10+2) completed in any discipline, from a recognized educational Board. A minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) at the 10+2 level. Candidates appearing for their 10+2 examinations are also eligible to apply for the course on provisional basis.

Having work experience and being a fresher have their own advantages and disadvantages, so it doesn't make much difference. Yes, the work experience people might come up with a solution to a problem, they have actually faced in their work life by the same can be done by a fresher, if they are avid readers. Yes, you can get into an IIM if you don't have work experience a good every year are fresher's and if the interviewer finds you fit, you'll have a very good chance. Shortlisted candidates will be called for group discussion and personal interview based on score/ percentile obtained in CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ GMAT.
Final Selection:
Candidates are selected based on score/ percentile in CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ GMAT and performance in group discussion & personal interview. Due weightage is given to past academic achievements and work experience respectively, apart from the above-mentioned parameters. Selection parameter and weightage:
Score/ percentile in CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ GMAT/ CMAT- 50%
Group Discussion - 10%
Personal Interview - 15%
Work Experience, Sports & Extra Curricular Activities- 5%.

There is no such course. The MBA specialization are HR, marketing, finance etc. Or, if you want the PG course in English, then you can opt for M.A. English.
