I would want to say just one thing. Do what you feel you are best at. If you still cannot decide then, think every related aspects. Like what will be your career options if you complete a particular course. Make a table write out the pros and cons and choose the option. It is something that I do, when I am in a dilemma. As far as my knowledge, it offers regular MBA and not Diploma.

I am sorry to say, but MBA colleges usually ask for a minimum 50% marks in the graduation.
