Atharva isn't a good choice for pursuing MBA, as it doesn't come even under the top 50 colleges in India. The average package offered too is hardly Rs 4 Lacs. Dear Sandeep,
Firstly, the requirement of Financial Modelling is very much even at Bachelor's level. However, it may (or may not) be necessary to have certification on Financial Modelling. Secondly, since you are willing to take your major as Finance and minor as business analyst, you will be taught the business modelling as a part of your course. Although, if you have much deeper interest in that, it is advisable to go for it. Learn Data Analytics, Financial Modelling etc. Hope this helps. Upvote that if it's your answer. Good Luck.

It is very nice to hear that even after 8 years of work experience you are still interested in doing MBA or some post graduate Diploma course in Canada. These days in Canada as well as many Western European countries the seats for higher education are not getting filled up. In view of this there is a very good chance for you to get admission in either a full-fledged two years course or even one year executive MBA course. There are many courses you can try after completing BBA. After BBA. there is the world for you, you can pursue a number of courses professional and non-professional, you can appear in CAT MAT XAT SNAP FMS like entrance exams. I don't think it is a good idea of joining in job soon after completion of your BBA course until and unless you got placed in top companies with good salary.
