The fee of the course PGDBM is very less at the ASM IBMR college as compared to the other colleges at approx 6 lac for all the concerned years.

The ASM IBMR College in Pune is very up to snuff with the placements and the faculty members & regarding the environment its just awesome. The companies like HCL, HDFC, Infosys etc.

So far my knowledge goes, following are the reputed universities in India conducting MBA in distance:1. IGNOU, (2) ICFAI (3) Annamalai University, (4) Amity University. If you like to go with PGDM from reputed B-SCHOOL in distance you may think for (1) IMT-CDL, (2) SCDL.
For information in detail, better visit sites of the respective Institutes. There may be some other Institutes which are left inadvertently.

The minimum criteria for seeking admission into MBA is 50% marks at graduation level. So, since you have only 44% marks you are not eligible for MBA. However, you can starting working and post acquiring 2+ years of work experience you can explore distance MBA, Executive MBA or part time MBA options.
