It completely depend upon the career you want, to be very specific I am talking about career and not job!
If you want to have a career in the field that you are already in, depending upon your area of interest, you should surely go for MCA or MSW.
When it comes to MBA, MBA is more about the lifestyle than anything specific, it is a generalized course that teaches you to work hard and survive in the corporate in the sector. Your specialisation will decide your specific sector.
You being from computer background can surely go for operations.

Hi Shreyanshee, There is no MCA course offered at BITS Pilani. You can try for other colleges like BIT Mesra, JNU, NIT-Trichy, NIT-Warangal, Amity University, DU etc.
All the best.

I would recommend you not to join hardware field, because there is very limited scope in that unless you are into some MNC like Intel etc. For chip designing, circuit designing etc.
MCA is a good option, but what will be better is that you start pursuing job (or even start as intern) and pursue MCA through distance as work experience will pay you more.
