First there is no MCA abroad. It's either MS in computer science or IT and related fields. Secondly, you cannot pursue these courses after a BA background. Exceptions may be there if you had maths.

If you are just interested, but not good at programming, and still want to see yourself as a Software Developer in future, then opt MCA but you'll have to work harder, join additional courses and learn to code properly.
If you're not planning on becoming a Software Developer, but just fascinated with the IT Industry, then opt for MBA in Information Technology.
If you have lost interest in the IT world after completing BCA, then opt for MBA.
MCA is more skill based, if you manage to score real
