For graduates, job opportunities exist in government as well well as private sector. Also, self-employment options are available. After BCA, which is an Undergraduate course, graduates may take up government jobs that require a graduation degree (for example- Armed Forces, nationalised banks, PSUs etc).
When it comes to the private sector, software MNCs are the prime recruiters. Web hosting, IT sector, Electronics Industry are some other sectors that recruit BCA graduates.

Duration:
The duration of MCA course is three academic years. It is a full-time postgraduate course offered by many colleges/Universities situated in India. This course has been divided into six semesters with the duration of six months each. MBA is the best one. Already you have technical knowledge of IT. So, instead of doing MCA if you do MBA it will add more to your career. MBA is all about business and how to look after a business. Almost all IT firms nowadays are looking for technical + Management knowledge. So, it is better pursue MBA Instead of MCA or LLB.
