If you meant M.Sc Computer Science , both have same scope and salary.
M.Sc-Computer Science is post graduation in Computer Science which is focused on Computer System Architecture and Designing, Communication and Networking, and Programming side.
Entry / Eligibility : B.Sc-CS/ IT, BCA, B.Sc-Electronics etc.
MCA is three year professional post graduate degree in Computer Applications. It is mainly focused on Software and its application, software development, web programming and application development etc.Even though duration is 3 Years, BCA,B.Sc-CS/IT graduates can complete it within 2 Years through Lateral Entry Scheme.

Without Maths in 12th you will not able to meet min eligibility criteria in most of the universities. Few private universities allow admission in MCA without Maths in +2 stage. You may evaluate this option.

Kaushal, you can as universities just ask for you to be graduate.
MCA can outstrip a B. Tech graduates earning potential.
There are many good universities that are offer courses like MCA, MCA(H) etc.
After MCA you can also go for M.Tech (CSE) or PhD for better career prospects.
Most universities offer world class environment to their students along with good placements. Some even offer scholarships. Check the websites of some universities for more details.
