BBA-CAM can not be equated equal to BCA which is purely a technical job oriented degree. If you want to have technical career, you may opt for MCA but if you want to have techno-managerial career you may opt for MBA-IT.

Indian IT industry is still the largest new job creator industry in India. MCA graduates are in high demand with IT industry. MCA is a very good career option unless you want to make career in science field after B.Sc.

Both career options of MCA and MBA are equally good. If you are technical oriented and want to pursue technical career then you are advised to do MCA else pursue MBA.

You may face challenges in getting admission in Ph.D abroad because with MCA degree by distance learning you may have difficulty is showing consistent academic performance. You are advised to try seeking admission in German universities. You may also not face similar challenges in India.
