MCA is a job oriented PG degree with more job opportunities in comparison to M.Sc degree. But if you are of scientific temperament then M.Sc is a better option. You may chose any based on your interests.

You are eligible to seek admission in MCA in majority of Universities. After MAr you can get job of developer or tester in any IT company or IT department of any enterprise with starting CTC of Rs 3.5 Lakhs or above. You are also eligible for higher studies in CS field after MCA.

You are eligible for SSC (Information Technology) in Indian Navy. Indian Air Force hires only engineering graduates in the technical branch. However, you are eligible for non-technical branches in IAF. You can apply for IAF ground duty branches by applying for AFCAT.
