Dear student. jECA syllabus are completely same the BCA 1to4 sem math syllabus. And total BCA 1to6 sem are computer based questions in jeca. All the best. Preparation tips for the MCA exam:

for admission in IITs you have to good rank in JAM exam. which is based only for MCA in IITs . all the best.

what you want to know dear friend about MCA? after BCA you have to passed and get well rank in Joint Entrance exam For MCA . after that you get admission automatically.

Harshal, even the students who have done Statistics or Business Maths or Business Statistics or QTas one of the subject at Graduation or 10+2 level) are eligible for admission to MCA. So, being a B.Com student you must have one of them.
There are many institutions that offer admission in MCA without Maths, so you can check their websites for more details. Many of them offer good placements as well as good scholarships to students.

Karan, you can get admission in MCA through lateral entry mode on basis of your PGDCA.
Now admission criteria varies from institute to institute. Some offer admission on basis of entrance test, some on basis of marks in previous qualifying exams.
Check websites of some institutions offering MCA lateral entry.
