Since you are MCA qualified it is advisable for you to stick to your field and is required pursue MBA in system or IT. An MBA from a good institute will give you an option of joining a good IT/ ITES company and build a good career.
if at your MCA stage you get placement in a good company then you could also start working and then after some years pursue MBA options depending on your work area

MCA the second most accepted qualification after B.Tech CS to start a good career with decent salary. It will open multiple opportunities which you may no get with BCA.
