Both MCA and MBA are equally good degree with excellent career opportunities. If you are technically oriented then you may go for MCA else MBA.

If you have Maths in 12th board then you are eligible for doing BCA. It will be a good option.

Both BSc CS and BCA are similar course. You may chose any based on reputation of degree college. Try to put extra effort to score well in graduation and then do MCA from a prestigious college for an excellent Software Engineer career.
