Dinesh !For getting admission in premier business-schools ,you need to score good percentile in entrance exams like CAT/XAT/MAT etc and based on the rank you will be alloted the seats in the top business-schools but there are some other premier private institutions that also conducts their own examination in order to give admission.here are some of these institutions :Lovely Professional University,VIT ,SRM etc.
i have heard that Lovely Professional university provides scholarship upto 1.5 lakh ,even this university is having tie-ups with more than 50+countries venturing an unmatched entrepreneurial skills in their students making them

MBA and MCA both are different courses. MBA relates to business and its management, you can make your career in any industry with it. On the other hand, MCA is for computer applications, which can make your career in the IT industry as a software developer.

MCA degree is available in India only. You need to look for MS in computer sciences, software engineering or related fields you are interested in.

yes you are eligible as you have second division only in bsc. If any company ask for throughout first division thats problem otherwise you are eligible.
