There's an option to do MBA with IT. You may look for it. MCA will keep you closer to your work. Go for it if you enjoy your work. MBA will open many channels for you and divert you from what you are doing. I will also suggest that complete 3 years before you switch to college education again

Majority of good colleges conduct entrance examination for admission to MCA. Eligibility of MCA is graduation degree. You may look at others link on Shikha portal to identify colleges which you want to target and the do research on them for admission process.

Although charm of IT industry has come down due to outcry against outsourcing in western countries, it is still the maximum foreign exchange earning industry of India. Government of India is also investing heavily into IT for e-delivery of all public services. IT industry still requires good quality Computer professionals. Therefore, I am of the opinion that BCA-MCA is a right career choice.
