If you are very much interested in doing B.Tech from IIT or NIT then you may drop a year and prepare for JEE Mains again. If you want to do BCA then you can opt for any university in Gujarat. Choice is all yours.

No, not compulsory. You have other options after BCA like MCM(Masters in Comp Management), Masters Degree in Information, MBA, MSc IT, PGD in CA(Comp Applications), PGPCS, PGDM, Programme in Information Security Management. Decide well !!
