Hi Musfeer,
As you have completed your graduation in IT field. So, no need to go for the same field. You may go for MBA rather than MCA because MBA course will be beneficial for your career growth for long term. If you will go for MCA then it will be also better but in future there will be requirement of MBA degree. So, you can directly go for MBA. It will also save your time as well as money.

If the course that you are pursuing is a 3 years course post your class 12th, then you can apply for MCA/MBA. You need to check the curriculum of the said course and its equivalent degree course as well before joining it .The course that you are doing should be affiliated to a university as well.

Hi Gayatri,
For being eligible to apply for MCA, you have to have mathematics as one of the subjects at 10+2 level or statistics as one of the subjects at graduation level. If you fulfill these criteria you are eligible for MCA.
Most colleges have a different provision for admission. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.
I hope this information helps. Please feel free to revert.
Wish you luck.

Dear Khushboo,
Yes, Of course you can take admission in MCA without entrance test but cut-off for admission to this programme varies to different colleges. As you studied mathematics in 10+2, maybe, you will get admission into lateral entry which means that you will get entry into II year of MCA directly. Many good institutions offer this course & provide considerable scholarship also on the basis of your qualifying marks. So, you should try in colleges where you will get quality education, better placement opportunities and good scholarship scheme. I can suggest you some good numbers:-
