I can see that you have substantial work experience in IT so probably if you like it then Systems/IT would be your best specialization. But having said that, MBA is all about exploring your options and in case you like something better you can always go for it. For ex. In case you like finance, there is no bar on entering into finance firms if you perform well.

If your main aim is to pursue MCA then opt for integrated MCA course as it will save your 1 year but if you are willing to pursue MBA or any other course apart from MCA then opt for BCA only.
