If you miss an internal exam at MCE - Meenakshi College of Engineering then there could be various outcomes depending upon the course faculty, reason for missing the internal exam, weightage of that exam.
1) If you miss the exam due to a valid reason I. e. Medical emergency, representing your college in a competition etc. Then you will get a chance to give the exam again at some later point of time. But you have to inform the college authorities about the issue in advance and have to take necessary permissions well in advance so that you don't get in trouble.
2) If you miss an internal exam without any valid reason then it depends on your faculty or course coordinator he/she may or may not provide you any chance. The hostel mess is spacious with a dining hall and kitchen where the students are offered a choice of vegetarian and non- vegetarian food. Girls hostels have their own mess. To entertain the students television is also kept in the dining hall for their relaxation. As tenders changes frequently so it is difficult to state about the mess food. But I have talked to some of the students of MCE - Meenakshi College of Engineering and they have told me that the food is edible (it is not too good, but okay as compared to other colleges). As I am also a student, I also think that the food served in mess cannot be very good, but it is good enough that you can eat it and won't get ill. It is also true that some students gets satisfied with the mess food while others may don't like it.

The highest package that was offered to the students of MCE - Meenakshi College of Engineering was of 7.00 Lacs per annum by JARO EDUCATION, the students that were eligible to sit for this company were from CSE/IT/ECE/ EEE/EIE (Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering) branches of B.Tech, MCA students were also eligible for this company.
