Scholarships are mostly given on the merit-basis and are awarded by the universities. Outstanding academic performances, research work, relevant knowledge are desired. The required exam for a scholarship differ with universities, for the universities in UK, mostly an applicant must hold a relevant Bachelor's degree with interest in dental public health, community dentistry, health promotion, etc. Additionally, you must take the IELTS. In the US, the universities require four-year Bachelor's degree, GRE, and TOEFL scores.
