It is not free Aratrika.
Dentistry programs in these countries take up to 6 years for completion. In Germany, they are not split into Bachelors and Masters degrees. Students must clear the State Examination (Staatsexamen) after course completion. So there is no point looking for MDS courses in Germany unless you want to start afresh. This is the same in case of France too however there are exceptions offering post graduate studies. So, please write to the universities for specific requirements.

Scholarships are mostly given on the merit-basis and are awarded by the universities. Outstanding academic performances, research work, relevant knowledge are desired. The required exam for a scholarship differ with universities, for the universities in UK, mostly an applicant must hold a relevant Bachelor's degree with interest in dental public health, community dentistry, health promotion, etc. Additionally, you must take the IELTS.
