It is not a bad option but you must learn Chinese language. Though very few programs are delivered in English, you must know Chinese for your clinical experience. Check this:

Entry requirements are different from university to university. Typically, to pursue MDS, you must hold a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) Degree and must be a Licensed Dental Practitioner. You must also obtain a eligibility letter from the Dental Council of India and pass the screening test to start practice in India. it will cost around 12 lacks to 25 lacs depending on the university.

International medical graduates must clear the AMC exams to practice. No matter which country you want to go to, you must take the country's licensing exam. There are three pathways by which you can demonstrate your eligibility. These are:
Competent Authority pathway Standard pathway, or Specialist pathway
To know more about the exams and pathways please check the Medical Board of Australia website as it is not possible to list out so many details here:

Dentistry programs in these countries take up to 6 years for completion. In Germany, they are not split into Bachelors and Masters degrees. Students must clear the State Examination (Staatsexamen) after course completion. So there is no point looking for MDS courses in Germany unless you want to start afresh. This is the same in case of France too however there are exceptions offering post graduate studies. So, please write to the universities for specific requirements.
