The National Eligibility and Entrance Test (NEE) conducted by NTA is the sole entrance test for admission to MBBS and BDS courses in many government colleges. Aspirants seeking admission in government colleges for MBBS usually need to score more than 580 for the general category. Since you have not mentioned your home state, category, or rank, it is difficult to accurately predict college because the category-wise cut-off varies for every state. However, with 586 marks, you have a fair chance at some government medical colleges in states like Uttar Pradesh. For example, Ganesh Shankar Vidyarthi Memorial Medical College, Kanpur; Maharan

Since you have not mentioned your home state or rank, it is difficult to accurately predict courses due to the state quota-wise cut-off. However, you may get admission to courses like the Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) and

See the eligibility cut off for NEET to apply for various medical courses was 135 marks for general unreserved category last year and 107 marks out of 720 for reserved category like SC, St, etc. and to get into a good government college BAMS course, you'll need to have 420-450 and above marks in NEET. Having said this cutoffs also depends on various factors like number of candidates appearing and also the paper level difficulty, also the state you reside in, also the college you aiming for.
So as of now prepare on focusing more and more and once the marks and ranks are our.
Hope so it will help you.
