Dividing 40 days for 3 subjects would be like. Biology-15 days
Chemistry-8 days
Physics-8 days
Remaining 9 days for NEET previous year question papers
According to me. Just be thorough NCERT and practice MTG NCERT on your fingertips for Biology. For physics and chemistry, just brush up basics and solve a number of questions. In the last 9 days in which you will be solving the previous papers. Just put all your effort and be ready to shine soon.

Work on important topics which you are weak at. For BIOLOGY read ncert as many times as possible, & MTG NCERT on your fingertips. Work on NCERT well as NCERT oneliners are asked in exam.
For NEET CHEMISTRY -Revise IOC on daily basis and for OC and physical solve good question bank. For PHYSICS have full command on the formulas of each and every chapters. Start applying the shortcuts in test which u have made so that u can gain confidence on them. First solve objective questions in test and then go for numerical type. For biology I must say read the complete question before answering. Stay focused and put your best.

In Bio don't go for anything other than NCERT, NCERT one liners are enough along with MTG NCERT on your fingertips. For chemistry revise as much as you can and solve a good question bank. For NEET Physics - Make a list of points you are weak at and which are important as well, put extra efforts on such topics. Revise repeatedly according to marking weightage of chapters. Memorise all formulas in Phy and Chem. Keep yourself away from distractions. Practise easy MCQs and concepts more. Just don't miss your tests especially ones with all india ranking, previous year papers and full length mock tests. Stay Focused, Sta

It is good enough time to revise the concepts and achieve a good score in NEET. For Physics - After clearing concepts, do basic standard and a bit difficult questions of a topic, you should revise that topic after 2 or 3 weeks. For revision, first of all check all formulas, concepts that you forgot. And then again do questions from standard question bank whose questions are relevant like dc pandey, coaching modules etc. For Biology - Revise NCERT. Just do not skip even a single line, table, daigram. Focus on NCERT one liners. Almost every paragraph contains a question. Do questions from ncert based question bank ( For example, MT

You have 100 days-
Just cram NCERT biology both the books so that if you are asked questions from any page, you may be able to answer it. It's necessary because each line of NCERT is important. Also Do MTG NCERT at your fingertips.
For NEET Physics and chemistry, only do questions. Skip the theory and practice sums, if you get a problem then refer theory. Trust me it works.
Keep practicing . Solve important chapters that you are weak in. Then do questions from other chapters.
Appear for AIATS and other test series. Give all tests it will suffice.
All the best!
