Hi Aspirant, Yes, As you have mentioned that you have secured 340 marks. For getting admission into MBBS at private colleges, you just need to clear the NEET exam. As you belong to the general category you can get management seat in the private medical colleges. Check all the facilities in the college you want to get admission in, and select wisely. Good luck!

Taking drop really doesn't benefit for most students according to my interactions with them. I am talking about most students although there are students who score more than what they achieved previously. You said you worked really hard and got 250-300 then It will not make a big difference if you take drop. Students SEE this like if they take drop and study for one particular entrance they will surely crack it but most of the time they waste the initial days and start their studies before 2 to 3 months par the entrance.
