There are multiple options after NEET 2017 results. Medical courses MBBS and BDS pr paramedical. The Eligibility criteria for different courses varies. You have qualified in NEET 2017, though score is less.
Options are
1. MBBS or BDS in MCI listed medical universities abroad
2. BAMS, BHMS, Nursing, Physiotherapy etc.

It'll be little difficult for you to get admission into BHMS courses at this score. For admission into BHMS your score should be around 250.

Its less predictable that you'll get admission into any government medical college at this score. However, you can try in private medical colleges in your state.

The career perspective is very wide after completion of BAMS or BHMS. You can be posted as an AYUSH medical officers in government setup. You can also join in private. Both will entitle you almost same earning. 6-8lacs/annum.
