There is no law which prohibit simultaneous study of Diploma in Pharmacy and BA as a private candidate. However, if you are doing both under same university, you may have to seek registrar prior permission as some universities discourage this practice.

Scholarships are mostly given on the merit-basis and are awarded by the universities. Outstanding academic performances, research work, relevant knowledge are desired. The required exam for a scholarship differ with universities, for the universities in UK, mostly an applicant must hold a relevant Bachelor's degree with interest in dental public health, community dentistry, health promotion, etc. Additionally, you must take the IELTS. Yes, you can take admission in MBBS after completing class 12th or after completing your graduation, but there is no advantage of doing B. Pharma, and then MBBS. Neither your experience nor your degree of B.Pharm will have worth once you do MBBS.
