Hey!
If you want to pursue other courses than M.Sc. than you can go for MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BPT, BOT, etc.
These are good options other than M.Sc for shaping the career.

Which branch did you choose for engineering? If it was ECE, instrumentation or EEE you can go for biomedical instrumentation.

As you said, you don't want any private or abroad option and if you really want to do MBBS through AIPMT then drop again, but be determined because if you drop again and again no option will be left for you in future.
