As informed on the earlier query you must fulfil admission requirements irrespective of your sister living in London. Not only must you have good grades, you must also meet IELTS score requirements of the universities and must take UKCAT.

Hi Vismay,
Your grades are decent, however you must also take UKCAT ( UK Clinical Aptitude Test) for admissions into a medical school in UK. Additionally you must take IELTS too. The only benefit you will be getting because your sister moved to London is that she will know the process. Your admissions into a college has nothing to do with your sister living in London. You must fulfill the admission requirements most importantly. Please read about UKCAT here
http://www.ukcat.ac.uk/ and visit university websites for admission information.
Good luck.

If you have given your step 1 and have scored around 220, then it's better to focus on your rotations and step 2 - CS and CK. Doing any diploma course of 12 months is not going to help you, rather it will distract you from the goal of scoring well in USMLE.
If you have some other motive to do this course in question, please mention it in detail.

Hi Vineet,
Every institute has it's own course specific fee structure. In order to know the exact fee it would be always advisable to browse through the official website of the institute where you wish to apply.
Always remember, you should pursue a stream/course based on two things :
-your career goal
-the type of job you want to do
Please feel free to discuss more.
Wish you luck.
