The college may follow the reservation policy of the state or central government. Total seat intake for the UG programme is 100. Candidates are admitted as per the seat count. As per the official website, there are 85% of General quota seats for open merit and reserve category. Additionally, there are 15% Institutional quota seats. It must be noted that the mentioned seat count is as per the official website/sanctioning body. It is still subject to changes and hence, is indicative.

KJ Somaiya College of Physiotherapy has a seat intake of 100 for the BPT programme. The seat allotment is done on the basis of applicants NEET scores. The college select students for admission to BPT programme based on merit in NEET exam. As the first step, aspirants need to register and complete the application formalities. In the next step, applications are scanned for eligibility fulfilment and shortlisted based on exam scores.
