After qualifying NEET, you can get admission medical courses like MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS. Admission is based on your NEET score and rank .You must also meet eligibility criteria like 50% in PCB in 12th (40% for reserved categories). Based on your rank, you can apply for government, private, or deemed universities.

No, you do not need to appear in any entrance exam for admission to Pharmacy courses like B.Pharm or D.Pharm at DIPSAR.
Admission is given based on your 12th class marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Mathematics.
However, for M.Pharm, MBA (Pharma), or Ph.D., you may need to give entrance exams like GPAT or CUET.

You do not always need NEET for B.Sc Nursing admission.
Many colleges give admission based on your 12th class marks (especially if you had Physics, Chemistry, and Biology).
Some colleges may take their own entrance test.
Only a few government colleges or top institutes may ask for NEET.
So yes, you can get admission with your CBSE 12th score in many colleges
