A minimum of 50% in the 10+2 level results is the basic requirement. It is necessary for students to have a Science background. If not MBBS, the applicant must have a related medical Science degree. A minimum of 55% is expected of the students in their undergraduate.
So you can do this course after BAMS.But every college has its own elligibility criteria.
A good NEET PG score would definitely help in getting to top college.

Yes, NEHU Shillong offers MS, MD and DM programmes in the field of medical and health sciences. Admission to all these courses is based on aggregate obtained by a candidate in the previous qualifying exam.

The cutoff for MBBS at KS Hedge Medical Academy for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery ( MBBS ):
The rank for 2021 year is 64967, 2022 is 131244 and for 2023 is 33023. Hegde Medical Academy NEET cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant for ex: For 2022, cut off was 163832 for General category candidates in All India quota for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)

The procedure to take admission to the MBBS course at K.S. Hegde Medical Academy will be done in this medical academy on the basis of NEET UG scores. 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, English and Biology / Biotechnology as subjects and 50% marks for general category students and 40% marks for OBC / SC / ST students. MBBS seats will be allotted on the basis of Neet scores. So this is the basic procedure for admission in MBBS.

Candidates who have completed 10+2 with 50% marks and studied in Physics, Chemistry, English and Biology / Biotechnology as the subjects are eligible to apply for the MBBS course. MBBS seats will be allotted on the basis of NEET scores. Candidates who have completed 10+2 with 40% marks and studied in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as compulsory subjects are eligible to apply for the B.Sc. courses. B.Sc. seats will be allotted on the basis of merit in the qualifying 10+2 examination. Candidates who have completed MBBS are eligible to apply for the MD and MS courses.
