No, you cannot get a medical seat even if you belong to the SC category since you have very low marks in the NEET UG 2023. The cut-off for the SC category in the general merit list is around 500 marks for the year 2023. It is advised to appear for re-examination so that you can try to improve your score. You can try applying for admission to the state quota. The state quota is usually less competitive than the general merit list.

Excellent classrooms with air conditioning and projectors are available. The furnishings are excellent, and there are separate computer laboratories and workshop spaces. We offer a library with a sizable selection of literature pertaining to our areas of expertise. We have a large canteen, and it's great that it and other amenities are accessible throughout the duration of college. There are medical facilities and hospitals near the college but there is no such facility inside the college .The college only provides basic first aid facilities only.

It cannot be said for sure that you will be able to get a seat in government BAMS or BHMS college with 242 marks and an SC category. The cut-offs for government colleges vary from year to year and also depend on the number of seats available and how many students apply for them. In 2022, the cut-off for SC category students for BAMS was around 400 marks in NEET.
