Radiology and orthopedics are still good in terms of initial financial stability. These are still in very high demand, so very high ranks are needed in PGMEE.
Radiology has less direct patient interaction and there is less fame in general public. Even if you are a very good radiologist, you can only be famous among doctors. You should also consider this point. General medicine and general surgery are no more considered as self-sufficient and super specialisation is a must. Choose only if you want to go for super specialisation. Almost all branches of super specialisation are good in terms of work satisfaction and money. In fact, sky is the limit. ENT and Ophthalmology are terminal niche branches with very good financial stability but somehow these are perceived as somewhat lower or interior. That's wrong. These are in fact very good branches.
Anaesthesia is good in starting but reaches to an early plateau. Specialisation in critical care is a very good option with lot of potential and very good initial placements and earnings. Dermatology is also good if you want to go for private practice but there are less number of jobs in hospital setups both in private as well as government hospitals if you are a 'job' person.
Psychiatry is very good as there is a lot of patients and very less psychiatrists. But medical students are somewhat hesitant for this excellent branch. Para clinical branches such as pathology and microbiology are strictly for highly interested person and one can excel and reach to great levels. Also there are no or minimal emergencies and limited work hours. Preclinical branches are strictly for people who are interested in teaching and research and no direct patient interaction.
One exception is PSM. PSM post graduates are also the preferred candidates for WHO or similar organisation jobs. And lastly, do not be afraid of surgical branches. They are pretty cool. One more thing, do not give preference to place or college. Give preference to only your preferred branch. You need to spend only 3 years in that college but branch is for life. Choose wisely.

More than 70% questions in NEET Exam are asked from NCERT books. Solve previous year question papers and take online mock tests. Improve your weaker areas. Give more time to the topics in which you are weak. Study at least 6-7 hours daily. Give your last 30-45 minds to the revision daily.
