Its a branch of military medicine with good scope in civil also as diving physician in oil rigs in india and abroad and consultant in hyperbaric medicine chambers in various hospitals. INHS Asvini is the only center in south east Asian where an government approved MD degree is being awarded to candidates. Since there are only two seats in India, all seats are taken by the service candidates.

Although, it depends upon the number of questions from class 12th Biology comes in that year but if there's no negative marking and all the questions you have attempted are correct then you can hold marks between 150-190.

Admission to this programme is based on either merit or a competitive admission exam. To apply for this programme, you must have a 10+2 level in Science (from any recognised board). The course pricing may differ depending on the institution.
