You might not be able to pursue MBBS course immediately after class 10th. Please refer to the eligibility details mentioned below to pursue MBBS:
1) The candidate must have completed the age of 17 years at the time of admission or will complete the age on or before 31st December 2017 i.e. the year of his/her admission to the 1st year MBBS/BDS Course.
2) The candidate must have passed in the subjects of physics, chemistry, Biology/biotechnology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in physics, chemistry and biology/ biotechnology at the qualifying examination.

Eligibility for MBBS exam:
The candidate must have passed in the subjects of physics, chemistry, biology/biotechnology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in physics, chemistry and biology/ biotechnology at the qualifying examination.

Hi Garima,
There is no MBBS in USA, one must apply for a Bachelor's degree first with biology major. After you complete your Bachelor's degree you must take the MCAT. You can study medicine only after you clear the MCAT with good numbers. For Bachelor's degree in USA you must take the SAT and TOEFL.

Among these two People's Friendship University would be a better option. You may also consider Russian National Research Medical University, Moscow. It's one of the oldest and most renowned in Russia.

HI Rashmi, we have to know what you want to study to give you suggestions . Further education and to be eligible to practice in Canada you must take the Canadian Medical Council examination. If in USA, you have to take the USMLE.
