There are a few reasons why you might not be able to apply for a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery MBBS programme after completing 12th grade in commerce:
Eligibility criteria: To apply for an MBBS programme, you typically need to have completed 12th grade with Physics Chemistry Biology and English as subjects. Since you have completed 12th grade in Commerce stream, you may not have studied these subjects and therefore you may not meet the eligibility criteria for the programme. Competitive entrance exams: Most of the medical colleges in India require students to take a competitive entrance exam like NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) to be eligible for admission.

A-levels are internationally recognised qualifications that are required for entry into many university courses and professional training opportunities. Students typically study A-levels between the ages of 17 and 18. A-levels can help you: get a place at college or university at home or abroad. Basically For a programme in medicine, Biology Chemistry and Physics are required at the A level (depends on school). You need to make up for the topics you did not study in high school since you did not take any of them. You can accomplish this by enrolling in a programme for topic remediation. Following that, you can apply to study medicine at the university of your choice.
