United Kingdom and United States are quite good for MBBS, both have good professional output to the Society and a good professional has enough knowledge for these exams, who think it to be easier to crack irrespective of institution of study.

MBBS outside India means you must have a full verse of Indian curriculum too. After coming back to India, you need to appear for the license exam organised by NBE. After that, it's equally valid on your passing the exam. This is the academic part.
As for the other part, Kyrgyzstan is a foreign place so the civil rights and foreigner policies and treatments are to be tackled along with expensive living.

Hi Manoj,
Some of the important tips for cracking this examination is:
Dont waste too much time on medicine as there are just 21 MCQs from there.
The first and second part subjects are probably more important as most people dont study them.
As usual the small and tricky subjects will decide the ranks, so study these carefully.
Please stop mugging up guide books answers. Not only are they wrong but the question bank has changed. This is true, especially for small subjects.
Take hands-on training for computer too. This may range from 30 mins to 1- 2 hrs training. Make sure you consult some computer literate person. He will surely be an asset.
