Students from class 11th will not be allowed to appear for the NEET UG examination.
Students who will be appearing in class 12 board examinations or whose result is awaited are eligible to appear for NEET 2018.
NEET Eligibility Criteria 2018 - age criteria
According to the NEET 2018 eligibility criteria, a candidate has to complete 17 years of age either at the time of admissions or else on or before December 31, 2018. Hope this helps. Regards.

Yes, NEET UG examination is compulsory to pursue MBBS from Christian Medical College in Ludhiana. Fee structure for MBBS from Christian Medical College is mentioned below:
Yearly Fees: 6.6 Lakhs
Total Fees: 6.6*5 years=33 Lakhs

Yes, D.Y. Patil, Navi Mumbai is definitely good for MBBS. Some of the major reasons behind this are as follows:

Hi, USA, Canada, UK, Australia, China etc. are some places you can see but depends on your areas of interest, budget, career plans etc. You must also see the rules, for PG you must clear the medical licensing exam for each country.
