Dear Ayushi, 70% is a decent score. However for admissions into MBBS programs in UK you must clear the UKCAT exams which is highly competitive. Your admission will depend on your UKCAT score too. Additionally you must take the IELTS.

First, you need to pass class 12th with 85 percent marks, then give IELTS exam and score 8.5 marks in it, then give MCAT exam and if you get clear make a passport, then visa of USA and most important keep Rs. 1 core for your 5 year MBBS.

You should go for Nepal, Bangladesh, Ukraine and Philippines. I would suggest you do the seat booking as soon as possible, so that the college will provide huge fee discounts during the admissions.

Doing MBBS is very easy and less expensive as compared to Indian Universities. You just have to write English language proficiency exams like IELTS, pet, Tofel.

I am just guessing that you are asking for NEET UG and NEET PG. These are two different exams which are conducted for those who are looking for a graduate degree or a post graduation degree in the medical field.
The NEET PG exam is for those who already have completed their graduation in the medical field and are looking for a post-graduation in MBBS or BDS.
All the best.
