Image result for how many MBBS seats are there in India? As per the official data by the Medical Council of India (MCI), as many as 272 MBBS colleges offers a total of 41,388 government medical seats through NEET 2020. While, using NEET scores, 76,928 medical seats will be offered in 532 government as well as private colleges of India.

Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha, Naturopathy, Homeopathy, and Yoga are all recognized by the Government of India. All traditional medicine practitioners and homeopaths must be registered to practice. The Central Council of Homeopathy (2), constituted in 1973, has the same mandates.

There are good job and career opportunities for the students after getting a degree in medicine as a doctor. It is the professional field with 100% job placement. No one in the country, who has the MBBS degree and has no job. So, if you are passionate about becoming a doctor I must say it is worth it.

MBS is a 5.5-year degree which more oriented towards clinical and therapeutic aspects. While B.Pharma is a 4-year degree more oriented towards industry approach less clinical/therapeutic approach. However, you can work in the clinical field also and can enter the research and development sector after M.Pharma.

Following are the steps which will be followed after the result is announced. Qualify the exam (by scoring NEET cutoff). Apply for counselling process. Participate in the counselling and secure admission.

Although there's currently no legal regulation of homeopaths in the UK, it's recommended that you take a course recognised by one of the professional bodies, for example the Society of Homeopaths.

No,MD in homeopathic medicines is allowed after BHMS, not in allopathic which is exclusively for allopathic graduates (MBBS).
