How is Merit List Compiled for NEET 2019? The eligibility criteria for the compilation of NEET 2019 Merit List is determined on the basis of guidelines as directed by the Medical Council of India and Dental Council of India. An applicant must attain minimum marks of 50th percentile in the qualifying entrance exam, I. e. , NEET 2019. Aspirants must have passed 10+2 with minimum 50% marks with Physics, Biology/Biotechnology, Chemistry, and English as compulsory subjects. Though the number of candidates to be included in the merit list are pre-determined but if the required number of candidates fail to do so, the central government in consultation with MCI and DCI may lower the minimum required marks at its own discretion.
