You must also check with the desired universities in Australia or Canada if they recognize MGU, they have their own ways of assessment and evaluation, so please write to them. Besides, for MBA you must gain some work experience and take the GMAT or GRE. You can also search for PG Diploma programs if you don't find good universities now.

Of-course you are. For any Masters in hotel management, you just need a Bachelor degree in hotel management.

If you have 50% or above, you can apply for M.Ed. You can do your M.Ed either in regular or distance mode.

Your 12th score might prove as a deterrent for your IIM A/S call. But dont loose your hopes and give your best in CAT. There are very good colleges which do not consider past acads!
