Both the institutes offer the MBA programme for two-years. Admissions in both universities are based on CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT scores. The MIT Shillong also accepts state entrance exams. The average salary at AIM is INR 7.4 LPA while MIT placement records are not available. The total fee for MBA at AIM is INR 3.3 Lacs while at MIT Shillong is INR 3.5 lakh. There are about 4 top Law colleges in Shillong lika North Eastern Hill University, Shillong, University of Science and Technology, Meghalaya, IGNOU Regional Centre, Shillong, and The Shillong Law College.

Enviroskills Academy, the only college, is best for hotel management because they give 100% placement to every student. From the 2025 batch, they have no single student left for placement. I also did not believe that, but after talking to so many students. I do. This is the best institute with the best faculty and staff. I highly recommend this college to everyone.also, they give hostel accommodation for free to the students. got for it.
