If you are applying for admission through that certificate then it is a problem which you need to either correct or can make an affidavit stating the reason for the mistake. It will be good if you correct it else affidavit is also an option.

There will be a total of three rounds of counseling and seat allocation conducted by the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test Cell. On the official website mahacet.org, the precise schedule and the number of rounds will be released soon. The MHT CET counseling registration period is currently active from June 24 to July 3.

Yes you can get the admission for this course you can check the last year cut off onthier official website. The last year cut off for general is 55 percentile for pharmacy and 5percentile for obc and 45 percentile for sc and ph candidates.
You can wait till 3 Rd round of counselling you can get seat in government college also and top private colleges are also given seats on this rank.

To begin, you must register for MHT CET Counselling on the State Common Entrance Test Cell's official website in Mumbai.
Following that, you must fill up your personal and academic information, attach the necessary papers, and pay the counselling charge.
Then, in the order of your desire, fill in your college and course options. You can make D Y Patil College of Engineering and Technology one of your top choices.
After that, you must confirm your selections and wait for the seat allocation result. Seats will be assigned according on your MHT CET rank, category, and availability of seats.

The cutoff is nearly 98.5 so there may some difficulty to get admission but it may come in luck at the end.I am telling this thinking that you are from general category.So it will be less for SC: 94.3386978 · ST: 80.7448060

51 marks are too less actually. You may get admissions in many colleges but you may not get the placements or proper guidance due to the poor scores.
It would be better if you look for other opportunities in the Science field or if you are * bent on pursuing engineering then please specify your category/branch preference, etc.
