The answer is No. It is very unlikely that you will be able to get a college with a 30 percentile in MHT CET for B.Pharmacy in Maharashtra. The cutoff percentile for B.Pharmacy in Maharashtra is usually around 70-80.

If you are not from Maharashtra then it will be difficult to get an admission in a good college because nearly 85% are reserved for the state students and students with more than 95% percentile also face difficulties in getting a good college.

If you are applying for admission through that certificate then it is a problem which you need to either correct or can make an affidavit stating the reason for the mistake. It will be good if you correct it else affidavit is also an option.
