Maharashtra CET CELL had conducted the MHT CET 2023 exam from May 9 to 20. MHT CET 2023 PCM exam was held from May 9 to 13 and PCB group exam was conducted from May 15 to 20. MAHARASHTRA CET CELL had released the details about MHT CET 2023 exam dates in the information brochure along with other details like application process dates, exam pattern, syllabus etc.

Maharashtra CET CELL had released the MHT CET admit card 2023 on May 5 for PCM group. This year, Maharashtra CET CELL had released MHT CET admit card separately for PCM and PCB groups. The For PCB group, Maharashtra CET CELL released MHT CET admit card on May 10. The admit card was available for download on the official website mahacet.org. Candidates had to login on the website using their application number and date of birth for downloading their admit cards.

MAHARASHTRA CET CELL released MHT CET answer key on May 26. MAHARASHTRA CET CELL also provided the facility to challenge MHT CET answer key. Candidates not satisfied with the answers provided in the answer key were allowed to raise objections from May 26 to 28.

MAHARASHTRA CET CELL has declared MHT CET 2023 result on June 12 for Paper both PCM and PCB groups. Candidates can check result online from the website mhtcet2023.mahacet.org or from the direct link given on Shiksha page. MHT CET result 2023 mentions details about percentile scores of each subject, cutoff and All India ranks of candidates.

The registration for MHT CET counselling 2023 has started on June 24. Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell is conducting the MHT CET counselling for admission to all the participating institutes on the basis of MHT CET 2023 All India ranks. The exact round-wise dates for MHT CET 2023 counselling will be announced soon. A total of three rounds will be conducted in MHT CET counselling.

The round-wise cutoff ranks for MHT CET counselling can be checked on the MHT CET portal at mahacet.org. The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell is the organizing body of MHT CET counselling. The cutoff for each round for all the participating institutes and branch/specializations are made available on the MHT CET portal. MHT CET counselling and seat allotment process has several steps. Once a seat is allotted to candidate, he/she has option to “Accept and Freeze” and “Accept and Float”. If he/she is satisfied with allotted seat and selects first option, participation in next round counselling is not allowed. If candidate is not satisfied with the allotted seat, he/she can select second option and participate in next round of counselling with the current seat.

No, there is no mock seat rounds in MHT CET counselling. The CET Cell conducts MHT CET counselling in three or four rounds. Candidates after registering for the counselling have to enter their preferred choice of college and branch in the order of preference. The allotment of seats will be made on the basis of All India Rank and choices filled by the candidate.

The Maharashtra Common Entrance Test Cell conducts the counselling in three or four rounds, depending upon the number of candidates participating in the counselling. The MHT CET CAP counselling 2025 had 4 rounds while in 2024, the counselling was conducted in 3 rounds.
