You have to give an engineering entrance exam so instead of MHT CET, you can rather take JEE. But you can get admission here only on the basis of entrance exam.

Hello Mandar,
Admissions for the majority of seats are done based on ranking of MHT CET. However, some seats are assigned for "All India Quota". These seats are filled up using ranking of JEE Mains. Not only for MHT CET but also for other exams if you score less, you can't change anything. Either you need to appear for the second time or go for the colleges with your score. You can also appear for other exams if you didn't perform well in one.
