Hello Chetan, If you don't have the eligibility marks in board exams, you cannot attend the official counseling conducted by them only. You can apply for other colleges which doesn't ask for more board exam scores. As well as you can apply for colleges with your board exam scores alone.

You can definitely get an admission for B.Tech on the basis of CET. It depends on the college. Choose the college and the branch carefully.

Pune: COEP, VIT, PICT, VIIT, SIT, D Y Patil, PCCOE, SIT
Mumbai: VJTI, SP, KJ, VIT, LT, for Rodrigues
Nashik: KKW (A good college under Pune University)
